It's all about that baby, bout that baby, bout that baby - and the bump!
My goodness the last month has been wonderful! I have been given the absolute privilege to capture some of the most precious moments yet in my photography career. About 8 weeks ago I set out to start a new adventure, Newborn Photography - and my oh my let me tell you it HAS been a crazy and amazing ride!
I have gotten to snuggle the most adorbs new babies, I have been allowed to share in the special new time that happens when you bring your first child home, I have been peed on - hehe, I have sweated it out like a prize fighter (as babies like it warm in their house), I've learned the art of the "shhhhhhshhhhhshhhhhh" and been to Hobby Lobby for new props and cute fabrics about 20 times!
Even though I have learned a lot, I know there is still much to learn. But for now what I know is this...I AM GRATEFUL. Grateful to have the hours it takes to capture the perfect moments, grateful for the graciousness and patience of new parents, and grateful for the opportunity to capture a memory for this most priceless time in a child's life.
